Bobbie Chavarria, the effervescent owner of Chava Pelo, was a write-in for Best Stylist. Her community-minded salon raised almost $10,000 in support of the Relay For Life this year. Honor Award runner up was well-known stylist Pascal Mawad of Creative Concepts.
