Myspace.com can be a scary place for parents to visit for the first time, with so much chatter, not knowing who is communicating with their kids. But it is super-popular, and was voted Best Web Site in 2008. India Community Center’s extensive Web site won the Best of Milpitas plaudits in prior years and repeated for an Honor Award this year.
