Terri at Mil’s is the best waitress in town, readers said. It’s nice when you’re a “regular” and your waitress or waiter knows what you want, before you even sit down. Other favorites around town are Miss Daisy at La Milpa, Al Carbonara at Capitola Grill (formerly Lyon’s), and Tiger Crites at Omega.
