The slowdown in real estate transactions has narrowed the number of agents representing buyers and sellers in Milpitas. The good ones are still busy, but many of the lesser-knowns have switched careers or have split town.

There are a few new names among this year’s list of top real estate agents in town, but the winner since 1995 still dominates: Debbie Rossetto. Her professionalism and positive spirit make an impression on each client.

There were more than 20 other real estate professionals named among the hundreds practicing. But the top vote-getters whom readers said they prefer to work with, to win the Honor Award, are: Joan Eckert, Wanda Olinger, Debbie Giordano, C. Flavor Dyer, Celia Salazar, Mercedes Albana, Marie Pham, Dinnah Casibang, Sandra Zib, Dina Cerezo, Joy Mamaril, Becky Strauss, Dem Nitafan and Bill Foulk.
