The slowdown in real estate transactions has narrowed the number of agents representing buyers and sellers in Milpitas. The good ones are still busy, but many of the lesser-knowns have switched careers.

There are a few new names among this year’s list of top real estate agents in town, but the winner since 1999 still dominates: Debbie Rossetto. Her professionalism and positive spirit make an impression on each client.

There were more than 40 other real estate professionals named among the hundreds practicing. But the top vote-getters whom readers said they prefer to work with, to win the Honor Award, are: Joan Eckert, Wanda Olinger, Mercedes Albana, Stephanie Golden, Debbie Giordano, C. Flavor Dyer, Celia Salazar, Dinnah Casibang, Sandra Zib, Dem Nitafan, Sherman and Dina Cerezo, Arsenia Visperas, Marie Pham, Joy Mamaril, Deepka Lalwani, Judy Wang, Becky Strauss, Cynthia Houston, Bill Foulk, Toribio Valdivia and Candace Smith.
