There’s a new winner in the Best Nails balloting: Chava Pelo. Along with superior haircuts, the appeal of the Main Street salon’s nail care is growing, and garnered the Best of Milpitas. Seems like there are lots of other shops providing good service, which earned them Honor Awards: Great Nails, Nail Nook, Four Seasons (formerly Magic Tan), Hair Plus, Starlite Beauty, Beauty First, Nails L’Amour, Cute Nails and Aloe Vera.
