Hairshaper’s Club and Boutique, which has won the category for 13 years, was a close runner-up, as was another multiple-time winner, Tina’s Hair Design. Other places have their favorites for the Honor Award: Maggie Beauty Max, Hair Plus, Beauty First, newcomer Aloe Vera, Milpitas Beauty Salon, and Beausejour.
