Last year, instead of voting for a restaurant, readers selected BevMo! in GreatMall as best. It offers buy one, get the second wine bottle for a nickel specials all the time. Can’t beat that. But this year, arguably the city’s highest-end restaurant, European-Asian fusion restaurant Bleu Ginger, won outright. It claims the 2007 crown.
