Romano’s Macaroni Grill claimed the Best Meal Over $10 balloting for the first time, with its packed business lunch crowd and filling entrees. It beat Italian eatery Giorgio’s, Mexican restaurant Casa Azteca, Flames, Sushi Mamoru, Heritage of India, mom-and-pop Mil’s, chains Marie Callender’s, Bakers Square, Applebee’s, Outback and Hometown Buffet, and dinnerhouses Black Angus (multiple-year winner) and Red Lobster.
