28. Best Ice Cream, Yogurt

Cold Stone Creamery’s confections are rich and filling, and made before your eyes with all sorts of mixed-in treats. But Post readers this year gave the top nod to another favorite, Frozo’s, since it, too, has a limitless lineup of confections, with the especially popular self-serve-and-then-you-weigh-it approach. Cold Stone and Frozo’s tied for the Best of Milpitas 2008.

It’s also tough to beat Foster Freeze’s soft-serves on a hot day, along with treats at Q-Cup and Juice City. These three were bestowed the Honor Award.
