Longtime favorite Swagat has won or been first runner-up for countless years. In came Heritage of India (at the former Campbell’s Corner-Aprilia-Southern Heritage, Ola’s Corner site) last year, and it won in 2006. But this year, both received the dead-same amount of votes, and will share the 2007 Best of Milpitas distinction.
