The pace of the waitstaff and cooks at Banana Leaf during the lunch rush is breathtaking. Banana Leaf’s colorful cuisine and artistic presentations afforded it its first win in the Best Malaysian Food category. Coconut Grove inside GreatMall has a great location near the theaters and Dave and Buster’s, and readers responded just as positively. It was a runner-up in this second-time category. Two newcomers to the ballots this year were Mandalay Noodle and Penang Garden.
