Restaurant manager Lissa Evans runs a tight ship and the food and service show it. Romano’s Macaroni Grill, which combines singing waiters and traditional Italian specialties in a charming atmosphere, also makes it a winner, readers said. Pasta Pomodoro’s namesake is a reason for its high vote tallies.
